Lil Blingz provides a Lifetime Warranty on all Premium Plated Jewellery pieces, offering long-lasting value and peace of mind.

 

For Premium Plated Jewellery : 

Scope of Warranty: 

  • Covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible Premium Plated Jewellery.

Warranty Resolution & Lil Blingz Wallet :

Time from Delivery

0–3 months

Replacement of the item

3–6 months

50% of invoice value in Lilblingz Wallet (valid for 6 months)

6–12 months

25% of invoice value in Lilblingz Wallet (valid for 6 months)

Beyond 12 months

15% of invoice value in Lilblingz Wallet (valid for 6 months)

Lil Blingz Wallet can be used online or in-store and is not refundable or transferable.


Exclusions from Warranty:

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Breakage due to mishandling

  • Missing stones or embellishments

  • Third-party alterations or resizing

  • Custom Made Jewellery sets

       How to Raise a Warranty Claim:

  1. To initiate a claim, follow these steps:

Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing.

 

    1. Email the following to theliliblingz@gmail.com:


  • Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”


  • Brief explanation of the issue


  • Clear photos of the issue

 

  1. Once approved, self-ship the product to :

    Lil Blingz, 408, T4, Highrise, Highland Park, Highland Marg, 140603 Zirakpur Punjab, India

 

  1. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.

Additional Notes:

  • Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Lil Blingz team.

  • Lil Blingz reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.
