Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Return & Refund

We do not provide returns or refunds on any orders. However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or add balance points for future purchase (if the product is out of stock) within 7 days of receiving your order. For more information, please refer to the return process at the bottom of this page.

  • Exchange

We only accept exchange requests in case your product is damaged, faulty or you were delivered incorrect/incomplete items. We provide an exchange window of 7 days after receiving the product.
We will exchange with the same product ordered unless it is out of stock, in which case we will add points to your balance for future purchase.

  • Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or future balance provided.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@lilblingz.com with your Order ID and "Exchange Request" in the subject line, within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Upon receiving your shipment, please record an unboxing video showing any damage, defects, or incorrect items, and attach the video to your email. Without this video, we cannot process any exchange or return requests.

Once your request is approved, you will need to return the product to us (shipping details will be provided via email).

Ensure the product is returned in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Your exchange or future balance for purchase will be processed within 8-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
